At Goldenshade cattery, we are a family-based cattery in Maryland, specializing in breeding and raising pedigree British Shorthair cats. Each kitten is raised with love and care, ensuring they are well-socialized and healthy before finding their forever homes. About our Kittens

Price of Kittens:

Kittens classified as pets are priced in the range of $2000-$3000 based on their colors
Kittens/Cats intended for breeding are priced from $4000 and up

Reservations

For reservation we require a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward the final amount.

When is a Kitten ready for adoption?

Kittens are ready to go to their forever homes at the age of 11 weeks or older.
Kittens will receive their first physical examination, first FVRCP vaccine and first deworming when they are 8-9 weeks old and will be monitored for at least one week before going home.
Kittens can be ready to go home after they are 11 weeks old. If you wish to receive the kitten at a later time, accommodations can be made accordingly.
